Sheila Osborne

I am a Paralegal within the Family Department in the Rugby Office assisting customers in all aspects of Family Law.  I have a range of knowledge in respect of divorce, financial issues arising from divorce, separation, civil partnerships and including issues relating to the arrangements for children.  I also represent customers at Court and I have an expert knowledge of financial Consent Orders. 

I also work with the Fixed Price Divorce Team dealing with online Consent Orders which is a unique service in the area of Matrimonial Law.  It is convenient, efficient and offers fixed-price cost certainty to our customers.  This is important as this can often be an emotionally-fraught process and having peace of mind that your best interests are being taken care of in an economical and progression matter can make a big difference.

I have been in the Family Team at Brethertons since 2006, and have practiced Family Law since 2004.  I have completed the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice and are now looking to work on the Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice.  I have become an Associate Member of CILEx.
