Kim has a warm and welcoming personality, quickly developing confidence and trust. Gaining a thorough understanding of the situation through her excellent communication skills and insightful questions, Kim’s knowledge and expertise proved invaluable when finding the most appropriate approach and solution to meet my needs and expectations. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this organised and structured professional. Preparing suite of employment policies and contracts for a growing business

Kim discussed with me the needs of the business and the best way to approach the task. She provided advice throughout the process to help me decide how to approach all aspects of the employment relationship. Kim understood the requirements of the business and ensured that the documentation was robust enough to accommodate its imminent growth plans too.

Negotiating and agreeing exit deal and settlement agreement for the chief executive & founder of a national charity

Kim Freeman-Smith was outstanding. Her judgement and knowledge were superb.Without a doubt berg provided a better service than a global, London based law firm.I really like the ethics of berg. They are fantastic support, operate in a most ethical way and I cannot recommend them more highly.
