Holly qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 after completing her training contract with Harrison Drury & Co Limited. On qualification she joined JMW’s Corporate team. Holly deals with a wide range of corporate transactions including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements including marketing contracts, sponsorship agreements, franchising agreements, terms and conditions, facility agreements and guarantees.
