Christina completed her training and qualified in 2010 at Reed Smith LLP, a global law firm. She then spent the next 4 years at Mishcon de Reya in their corporate department before spending 6 months working in-house for Cushman & Wakefield, a property firm. She relocated to Manchester joining JMW as an Associate Solicitor in 2016. Christina specialises in a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial work including mergers & acquisitions (both public & private) and joint ventures. She advises on matters in UK and cross-border and across many varied sectors including sport, recruitment, property, leisure, fashion, technology, software and minerals and mining. Recent deals have included advising Matchroom Sport Limited on the sale of a league 2 football club and advising Pentland Group plc on its acquisition of a well-known specialist sports brand from JD Sports Fashion plc.
