Nichola Stephens

I joined Buckles in June 2015 and am currently supporting the work of our Family and Matrimonial team.

I completed my Law degree at the University of Leeds and I'm currently completing my Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Cambridge. In my penultimate year of University, I was awarded an Academic Scholarship, a credit to my hard work and excellent academic achievements.

I provide hands on support for all the lawyers in the family team, in terms of drafting documents, attending Court with Counsel and interacting regularly with the clients. I am involved in all aspects of the team’s work including divorces, children matters, financial cases, and cohabitee situations.

Previously, I volunteered as an English Teacher for a school in Cambodia where I was based for five months. Buckles have recognised the invaluable skills I developed in terms of my wider career development and continue to offer their support and encouragement to my ongoing contribution to the school.
