David Nuttall

David is a member of his firm's Family Law team. His particular focus and expertise is supporting clients on wills and probate, where his highly disciplined and organised approach has proved equally effective in securing beneficial outcomes for clients. David understands that issues surrounding wills and probate are often emotionally charged and he unfailingly handles these with great sensitivity. Nevertheless, in circumstances where probate and wills are the subject of dispute, David and his colleagues act decisively and robustly in order to protect and advance the interests of his clients.

David is also a core member on our team of conveyancing solicitors, with extensive residential experience including multi-property transactions for some of the UK’s largest housebuilders. This experience built over many years means he has an intuitive knowledge of the possible issues arising with different property types – something his clients find particularly valuable.
