The firm was established in 2010 as a niche practice working in the fields of business and commercial law. Prior to this I spent some time working as an independent locum. The practice specialises in commercial transactions, employment law and dispute resolution.

Max Tebbitts is a solicitor with over 15 years’ professional experience, prior to which he spent a number of years working in commercial roles in industry. For this reason the firm approaches the business world with a strong commercial awareness. With its debt recovery work the firm believes in a proactive approach and while some debts can be recovered with a letter or a phone call, it will, where necessary, commence legal proceedings on a creditor’s behalf with a claim for interest, costs and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations.
Employment law is rapidly changing and there are many challenges ahead for HR directors, managers and business owners. The firm helps businesses with the development and implementation of policies and procedures that are compliant with current legislation and best practice. It also assists with the preparation and drafting of staff handbooks.
