Christopher Love

Chris qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and has over 12 years’ experience in all areas of contentious and non-contentious corporate recovery and insolvency. He joined JMW in 2015 as a Partner in the Corporate Recovery & Insolvency department. 

 His client base includes acting for companies, lenders, directors and private individuals and he specialises in providing advice in restructuring/turnaround advice, business and asset sales/purchases, winding up/bankruptcy proceedings and insolvency litigation including injunctive relief

 In 2007 Chris became a Higher Court Advocate and has used his rights of audience to appear at hearings from case management through to trial.
