Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and he is a Senior Associate in his firm's Commercial Litigation department predominantly specialising in Property Litigation and Landlord and Tenant. He deals with all matters relating to both commercial and residential property disputes including breach of lease, rent and service charge arrears, rent reviews, lease renewals and extensions, dilapidations, eviction and boundary disputes. Richard acts for both companies and private individuals who are operating as landlords, managing agents, lettings agents, providers of social housing, tenants and tenants’ associations.
