Haydn Jones

Since qualifying in 1977, I’ve acquired a great deal of experience and expertise in most areas of business law, but in particular with commercial property – buying selling, leasing and development – and corporate work – incorporation of partnerships, sales and purchases, commercial contracts. I have also developed an extensive knowledge of charity law and practice and am legal adviser to a major local charity and lead partner in our charities and agricultural units, as well as our education unit, primarily advising schools.

Recent work has included, in commercial property – acting on acquisitions of investment properties (let commercial and retail premises), a farm in Lincolnshire and residential development sites and the disposal of a substantial farmholding in Warwickshire – and in corporate – the sale and purchase of children’s nursery businesses and setting up company EMI share option schemes.

Having grown up and spent most of his working life in Coventry, I have now moved to the Cotswolds where I live with my wife Helena. I enjoy holidays abroad and in my spare time, I am a keen photographer and enjoy listening to music and walking (with dog) in the beautiful local countryside.
