Melanie Tubbs

As a Solicitor specialising in Family law, I offer guidance to customers on a wide range of family and matrimonial matters including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, separation, cohabitation, financial claims after divorce or separation, and disputes regarding the arrangements for children. I also represent customers at Court and assist the Head of Department, Linda Jones, with more complex matters.

I enjoy working with customers in a wide variety of areas which gives me in-depth understanding and empathy with each customer’s individual situation, and the ability to craft a solution which best fits their needs.

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and have practised family law since 2009. I am a Member of the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme and a Member of Resolution.
