Ged is a Partner and the Head of the Court of Protection at JMW Solicitors. JMW was established in 1978 with Ged as one of the founding Partners.
Ged has over 40 years’ experience dealing with many aspects of Private Client and Court of Protection matters. As a Property & Affairs Deputy he deals with numerous high profile multi-million pound matters, usually involving brain damage or other catastrophic injury, generally resulting from significant clinical negligence or road traffic accident settlement. His expertise also includes the property aspects of those cases, including development and adaption and he is also the Trustee of many large Personal Injury Trusts.
Ged is a respected and well-known personality in Manchester’s legal circles. He has a caring and friendly approach and this combined with his vast experience, he has, over the years, built an extensive and loyal client following.
