Peter qualified as a solicitor in 1982. His commenced his career at JMW Solicitors, joining the firm in their formative years. He is a Partner and the head of the Business Crime and Regulation team and the Motoring Offense.
He has over 30 years’ experience as a defence lawyer specialising in defending white-collar crime, serious fraud, financial and business crime, and motoring offences. Peter advises both corporate and individual clients and frequently acts for professional clients in relation to career and liberty-threatening claims.
He has unparalleled advocacy experience before courts, tribunals and regulatory/disciplinary bodies; is an expert in all areas of finance and business crime and has a keen forensic eye.
