Kate qualified as a solicitor in September 2015, after completing her training at Pannone (now Slater & Gordon). After spending a short time at Eversheds in their Commercial Dispute Resolution department she joined her current firm in May 2016. Kate specialises in all areas of commercial litigation and has particular expertise in breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, harassment/defamation claims and fraud/misappropriation of company assets.

Kate graduated from the University of Manchester with a first class law degree in 2012 and completed the LPC at the University of Law in Manchester in 2013. She trained at Pannone Solicitors (which later became Slater & Gordon Lawyers) between September 2013-September 2015, completing 6 months in Court of Protection, 6 months in Personal Injury and 12 months in Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation. After qualifying in September 2015, Kate joined Eversheds LLP as an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department prior to joining her firm.
