London, United Kingdom
I was educated in Paris and London before graduating in medieval history at King's College, University of London. I subsequently read law at University College London. I am fluent in English and French.
I qualified as a solicitor at Simmons & Simmons in 1991 and worked at major City firms in both Paris and London developing my expertise in commercial litigation and arbitration.
I now handle all types of commercial and civil litigation, arbitration and mediation both domestic and cross-border for corporations, companies, partnerships, individuals and not-for-profit organisations.
I have conducted several reported cases in the Court of Appeal (Civil Division). I adopt a commercial approach to litigation and dispute resolution, and my long experience enables me to strike the right balance between making a robust advancement of his client's position and reaching a pragmatic settlement.
