Employment Law Settlement Agreements

We are very experienced at representing clients in relation to such agreements.

We run through and amend the draft agreements- which are usually very one sided in favour of the employer.

We will negotiate the variation/waiver of non compete covenants- if reasonably needed to enable new employment to be secured post termination of the employment relationship.

We will provide detailed legal advice to our clients  & re-negotiate the settlement package-if our clients wish us to do this.

We will include additional provisions in the draft agreement where reasonably necessary to protect the interests of our clients.

We have the availability of our in house consultant employment law barrister, kevin harris, for specialist advice should this be needed.
