Peter Ward

Peter has 35 years experience dealing with all aspects of family law, particularly disputes involving children, parental access and custody. He has a quiet, measured and rational approach that has proved successful on many occasions where his negotiating skills have achieved agreements more favourable than clients had reasonably expected.  His natural warmth disguises a sharp mind – with the ability to quickly absorb complex issues, rationalise and construct strong arguments and then explain these clearly and concisely. It is a formula that works particularly well during negotiations, but is equally powerful in court should that become necessary. He has been a member of the Law Society’s specialist Children’s Panel for over 20 years.
