Sarah Avern

I am a Partner and Head of our Residential Property Department.  I specialise in all aspects of residential property, with my main focus always being to provide a professional but personal service to clients.

I aim to work alongside clients to alleviate the stresses and worries of their property transactions, and to make the process as painless and smooth as possible.

I head up an excellent team of residential property lawyers, all of whom share the same commitment to providing a quality and personal service to both businesses and individuals.

I was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2007 and specialise in all aspects of residential property work, including; sales; purchases; transfers of equity; re-mortgages; shared equity schemes; new build plot transactions; lease extensions; and help to buy purchases.

I have over 17 years experience of working within residential conveyancing, and over the years have built up a strong network of contacts across the property industry which can prove to be invaluable when needing to call in the assistance of other experts to achieve the required solutions to clients’ property issues.

When I am not working I love spending time with my young family, running and fell walking to keep fit, as well as cooking up a storm in the kitchen!
